- Established a git repository to store and manage configuration files and streamline the process for doing peer reviews by using the diff feature, which was previously done inefficiently by manual inspection

Projects
- Built a Python web scraper and scraped ~320,000 recipes from 3 popular recipe sites
- Used Hadoop map reduce to create an inverted index of tf-idf scores to implement part of Google's page rank algorithm
- Java Spring Boot and Python Flask servers handle requests from the React frontend to the MySQL database and inverted index file
- Implemented Three.js to render an interactive 3D globe
- Vue interface allows users to make requests to the SQLite product database which are routed through the Flask server
